Highlights of The Adventure

Set off on a leisurely two-day adventure through Iceland’s stunning South Coast and the iconic Golden Circle. This itinerary is designed as a two-day adventure but offers the flexibility to expand based on your schedule and interests.

Day 1  |  Explore The Golden Circle

We’re starting from the bustling city of Reykjavik, venturing straight into the heart of Iceland’s incredible beauty – the Golden Circle.

Stop 1 - Thingvellir National Park

First up is Þingvellir National Park. Picture this – we’re walking in the middle of a rift valley, where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet. It’s not just about the stunning views here, it’s also about standing on a spot that has seen centuries of history unfold. Quite a start, right?

Stop 2 - Bruarfoss Waterfall

Hidden between mossy fields, Brúarfoss is often called Iceland’s Blue Waterfall — and it truly is. Its icy-blue water tumbles through black lava rock, creating a quiet, almost otherworldly beauty. It’s not loud or grand… just peaceful, pure, and unforgettable.

Stop 3 - Geysir Geothermal Area

But we’re just getting warmed up. Next, we’re off to the Geysir geothermal area. Imagine standing next to a geyser right before it erupts, feeling the thrill as the water and steam shoot up into the sky. It’s Mother Nature showing off, and trust me, it’s a sight you won’t forget!

Stop 4 - Gullfoss Waterfall

Then, we’re heading to Gullfoss waterfall. This place is seriously impressive – the sheer power of the water, the deafening roar, the mist spraying your face – it’s going to take your breath away. No matter what the weather’s like, Gullfoss always steals the show.

Stop 5 - Laugaras Lagoon

Tucked away in the countryside, Laugarás Lagoon is Iceland’s newest hidden gem — a calm, geothermal oasis surrounded by nature. Slip into the warm, mineral-rich water, breathe in the fresh air, and feel time slow down. After your soak, enjoy a cozy dinner right by the lagoon, where good food and quiet views make the perfect ending to a peaceful day. It’s pure relaxation, the Icelandic way.

Just when you think the day couldn’t get any better, you will head to the Bubble Hotel in Ölvisholt. You’ll spend the night in your very own bubble, falling asleep under the star-studded sky, possibly even catching a glimpse of the Northern Lights if we’re lucky!

Stop 6 - The 5 Million Star Hotel

As night falls, you’ll settle into your private bubble — a snug little world surrounded by trees and silence. There’s no city glow out here, just the sound of the wind and the vastness of the Icelandic sky above. Through the clear walls, you’ll watch clouds drift, stars flicker to life, and maybe even catch the aurora painting the horizon. It’s part comfort, part wilderness — and completely unforgettable.

Day 2 | Explore The Entire South Coast

First up, you will take in the awe of the Seljalandsfoss waterfall. Imagine standing behind a 60-meter curtain of water! If the ice has other plans, you will admire it from the front – still a sight to behold. Then, you are off to Skógafoss, another towering marvel with a power that will leave you feeling humbled. Fans of Game of Thrones and Vikings might even recognize it!

Next, it’s Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach. The sight of the fierce waves crashing against the peculiar basalt columns will make you understand why it’s among the world’s most unique beaches.

As the day winds down, you start our journey back to Reykjavík. On the way, you can pause for a breath-taking viewpoint, making every moment of this trip count.

You will be back in Reykjavík by dinner, hopefully with hearts full of memories. Northern Lights or not, we hope your day will be one to remember!
